Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AIEO, a service operated by BdeB, S.A. By creating an account or using AIEO, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Ownership and trademarks

AIEO.AI and AEIO.COM are domain names owned and operated by BdeB, S.A., a company duly organized and existing under the laws of the Argentine Republic. All rights, title, and interest in and to such domain names, including any associated content, branding, and goodwill, are the exclusive property of BdeB, S.A.

"AIEO" and "AEIO," whether used individually or in combination, together with any logos, designs, slogans, or trade dress associated therewith, constitute trademarks and/or commercial identifiers of BdeB, S.A., whether registered or unregistered, and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, modification, or misleading use of the AIEO.AI or AEIO.COM domain names, or any confusingly similar designation, in connection with goods or services, is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law.

Use of these domain names in the course of business, including but not limited to digital platforms, communications, marketing materials, or commercial transactions, shall be deemed an authorized use solely when conducted by or with the express prior written consent of BdeB, S.A.

BdeB, S.A. expressly reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

You accept these Terms when you create an AIEO account, access the service, or continue using the service after these Terms are updated. If you use AIEO on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity and "you" refers to that entity. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and BdeB, S.A.

The version of these Terms in force when you create your account governs your relationship with us from that point forward, until you accept a later version or your account is terminated.

3. The service

AIEO is a measurement and correction service for how artificial intelligence systems describe people and businesses. We run queries against third-party AI models, classify the responses, and generate structured submissions you can send through channels those AI systems consume (Schema.org metadata, Wikidata, Google Business Profile, Perplexity Merchant Center, and similar). We describe what the service does in more detail at aieo.ai and in our documentation.

4. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an AIEO account. One account per person, unless you are operating a team account as described below. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information at signup and keep it current. Using false information, impersonating another person, or creating an account you are not authorized to create is a breach of these Terms.

Team accounts allow additional members to access shared identities under a single subscription, up to the seat limit of your plan. The team owner is responsible for the conduct of all members and for ensuring each member complies with these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Create or submit identities that are not yours or that you are not authorized to manage on behalf of another person or entity.
  • Submit false facts about any person or entity with the intent to manipulate what AI systems say about them.
  • Use AIEO to harass, defame, or harm any third party.
  • Reverse-engineer the service, attempt to extract the questions AIEO sends to AI providers, or probe provider prompt structures.
  • Bypass rate limits through automated account creation, distributed scanning, or similar means.
  • Use AIEO's API or scraping to build a competing measurement or correction product.
  • Scrape, bulk-download, or systematically copy public profile pages (aieo.ai/you/[slug]) other than as permitted by robots.txt and standard browser caching.
  • Use AIEO for any purpose that violates the laws of the Argentine Republic, the United States, or any other jurisdiction applicable to you.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without prior notice.

6. User content and license to us

You retain all right, title, and interest in the identity facts, text, and other content you submit to AIEO ("User Content"). Submitting User Content does not transfer ownership.

By submitting User Content, you grant BdeB, S.A. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the User Content for two limited purposes:

  1. Internal processing: generating your scans, kits, classifications, and other outputs of the service.
  2. Outbound submission: transmitting the User Content through the channels you approve (Schema.org markup on your public profile, Wikidata, Google Business Profile, Perplexity Merchant Center, and similar) so that AI systems and search engines can consume it.

This license is strictly limited to these two purposes. We do not use your User Content to train our own AI models, sell or rent your User Content to third parties, or license it beyond what is necessary to provide the service you requested.

This license terminates when you delete the User Content from your account, subject to the 30-day grace period described in Section 9 and to the persistence of cached copies on third-party services we do not control.

You represent that you have the right to submit the User Content and to grant the license above, and that the User Content is accurate and does not violate the rights of any third party.

7. Subscriptions, trials, and payment

AIEO offers a free tier and paid subscriptions. Paid subscriptions are described at aieo.ai/#pricing. At the effective date of these Terms, Pro is USD 39 per month and MAX is USD 119 per month. Prices are in United States Dollars.

Paid subscriptions include a thirty (30) day free trial. A payment method is collected at trial start. We do not charge the payment method during the trial. At the end of the trial, the subscription converts to a paid subscription and the payment method is charged for the first billing period unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period for another period of the same length, at the then-current price, unless you cancel. We may change prices with at least thirty (30) days' notice by email; any price change takes effect at the start of the next billing period after the notice window.

Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your full payment card details.

8. Cancellation and no refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account's billing portal or by emailing support@aieo.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; your service continues until that date.

We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-period, you retain access for the remainder of the period you paid for and are not charged for the next period. We do not refund unused time within a paid period.

Cancellation during the free trial period stops the subscription before any charge and incurs no fee.

We do not offer refunds for disputes over AI propagation outcomes, model update timelines, or third-party service behavior, as described in Section 12.

9. Account deletion and data export

You may delete your AIEO account at any time through your account settings or by emailing support@aieo.ai. Upon deletion, we immediately soft-delete your account and purge all personal data within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy. During the 30-day grace period, you may request account restoration if the deletion was accidental.

You may request a copy of your personal data in a portable format by emailing support@aieo.ai. We respond to data export requests within 30 days.

Public profile pages (aieo.ai/you/[slug]) are removed from search engine indexes and public display immediately upon account deletion. Cached copies on third-party services (search engines, AI systems) may persist until those systems re-crawl and update their indexes — typically 30 to 90 days depending on the service.

10. Termination by AIEO

We may suspend or terminate your access to AIEO if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, expose AIEO to legal risk, or remain inactive for an extended period with no active subscription. Where practical and where the breach is not urgent, we will give notice and an opportunity to cure before termination.

If we terminate your account for breach, you are not entitled to a refund of prepaid fees for the current billing period. If we terminate your account without cause (for example, if we discontinue the service), we will refund the prorated unused portion of your current billing period.

On termination, Sections 1, 6 (with respect to User Content in use through user-approved channels before termination), 10, 12, 13, 14, and 15 survive.

11. Intellectual property

All intellectual property in AIEO — including the software, source code, design, brand, trademarks, and documentation — is owned by BdeB, S.A. or its licensors. Section 1 describes the domain name and trademark position specifically.

User Content ownership is governed by Section 6.

Third-party trademarks referenced in AIEO's service or documentation (including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, and Copilot) are the property of their respective owners. AIEO is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these third parties, and uses their names nominatively to identify the AI systems we measure and submit corrections to.

12. Warranties and disclaimers

AIEO is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We specifically disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Propagation disclaimer. AIEO measures what AI systems say about users and generates corrections for submission through third-party channels. AIEO does not guarantee that any AI system will reflect submitted corrections within any specific timeline. Some channels (Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, search-enabled ChatGPT and Claude) update within days; others (SEO-mediated systems) update over months; base-model retraining cycles are outside anyone's control and may take six to twelve months or longer. AIEO's service is measurement and submission; propagation outcomes depend on third-party systems we do not operate.

Third-party services. AIEO relies on third-party services including Stripe, Supabase, Resend, Vercel, Sentry, the six AI model providers listed in our Privacy Policy, and the submission channels (Wikidata, Google Business Profile, Perplexity Merchant Center). We do not control these services, their availability, or their terms. Their behavior is governed by their own terms and policies.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall BdeB, S.A., its officers, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of AIEO, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Aggregate liability cap. Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of AIEO shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid to BdeB, S.A. in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100 (one hundred United States Dollars) or its equivalent in the local currency at the date of the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BdeB, S.A. and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with (a) your User Content, (b) your use of AIEO, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of the rights of any third party, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

BdeB, S.A. will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless you from and against claims by third parties that AIEO itself (not your User Content) infringes their intellectual property rights, subject to the limitation of liability in Section 13.

15. Governing law and dispute resolution

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Before initiating formal dispute proceedings, you agree to contact us at support@aieo.ai and to attempt good-faith resolution for at least thirty (30) days. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we update them, we increment the version number and update the effective date at the top. For material changes, we notify registered users by email at least thirty (30) days before the change takes effect.

Continued use of AIEO after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you may cancel your subscription and delete your account before the change takes effect, without penalty.

Assignment. BdeB, S.A. may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, to any successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, by providing notice to registered users. You may not assign these Terms without BdeB, S.A.'s prior written consent. Any unauthorized assignment is void.
